Agriturismo sport Toscana: IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PRICES: Usually the letting prices electricity, gas, water, bath linen, kitchen, table and bed linen. Heading cost are not included in the rental price. Eventual exceptions are stated in the present price list or in the description of the property.
HEATING: In the present price list heating costs, to be paid directly to the property owner prior to departure (as well as firewood) are specified in the column prices: 000 = weekly cost in Lira x 1.000, not divisible,
AC = charges are to be paid according to the amount consumed at current prices;
INC = the price of heating is included in the rental price. The type of heating is specified in the column type:
C = central;
E: electric;
K = kerosene;
G = gas;
L = firewood or coal.
The number preceding the letter indicates the letter indicates the number of heating units in the house.
BED LINEN: In all the house there is a weekly charge of bed linen (bedlinen, towels, kitchen towels) unless indicated to the contrary in the description of the house itself.
CLEANING: The cost of the cleaning must be paid directly to the owner or his representative prior to leaving the property. The amount is indicated under the column "cleaning" and is to be calculated according to the number of people staying in the property - see under the column "per person" with a minimum amount due of … (see under the column "weekly minimum" or "final cleaning minimum"). Please note that if the amount in the column "weekly minimum" this amount has to be calculated for the total number of weeks' stay.
The evaluations of the houses go from 1 (maximum) to 5 (minimum).
